Security Policy

1.    Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure business continuity in the products and services offered by the company to its customers, and to manage risks by identifying all kinds of intentional or unintentional threats to our information assets.

2.    Responsibilities
All users are responsible for the implementation of this instruction. It aims to provide error-free, uninterrupted service as soon as possible in accordance with legal regulations, legislative provisions and contracts. It undertakes to protect the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of all our corporate information within the limits of authority.

3.    Application
•    The desired level of security and data protection is ensured by the constant revision and harmonization of regulations. Deviations are analyzed to improve security status and keep it constantly up to date with the latest IT security technology.
•    Management supports the continuous improvement of the security level. Employees are encouraged to report potential improvements or weaknesses to the appropriate authorities.
•    Measures to protect information security are regularly reviewed for timetable and effectiveness. In addition, it is regularly examined whether it is known by the relevant employees, whether it can be applied and integrated into the operational process.
•    Establishing and operating a management system in accordance with ISO 27001 Information Security Management System Standard,
•    To continuously improve the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System
•    To carry out trainings that will improve the technical and behavioral competencies of the personnel in order to raise awareness in terms of Information Security,
•    It undertakes to ensure that the business processes are carried out in accordance with the policies and procedures prepared and approved within the scope of the Information Security Management System, to create a dynamic structure in order to adapt to the development and change in the field of information technologies and to increase communication with the authorities.
